Customer Support Manager - Eastern Europe

First Line Ltd has a vacancy for the position of "Customer Support Manager - Eastern Europe". The successful candidate will work closely with sales, product management and marketing to maximise the distribution of the First Line Ltd brand(s) Globally.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing the sales and profitability of all First Line Ltd brand(s) within a predefined sales area.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets, to ensure continued customer growth within a predefined sales area.
  • Maximising sales opportunities through analysis and order fulfilment by working closely with Customer Services, Product and Warehouse Distribution
  • Identifying opportunities with new and existing customers to maximise the sales of First Line Ltd brands.
  • Gathering intelligence from the local market that would benefit the range development and desirability of First Line Ltd brands.
  • Visiting and supporting all customers to ensure that their requirements are discussed and responded to in a timely fashion.
  • Providing clear and constructive feedback to the appropriate Department or Line Manager regarding any situation which may affect the sales, profit margin or reputation of the First Line Ltd within the local market.
  • Developing strong business relationships with new and existing accounts to ensure a successful trading future in the local market.
  • Informing superiors of upcoming meetings, topics for discussion and tasks resulting from said meetings.
  • Representing First Line Ltd in a professional, courteous and cooperative manner.
  • Ensuring that the best interests of First Line Ltd are always prioritised.
  • Any other tasks deemed necessary by First Line Ltd to complete the responsibilities above.

Requirements

  • Able to represent First Line Ltd in a professional manner.
  • Able to use best endeavours to increase the sales of our brands in each respective market.
  • Extremely high level of computer literacy – Word, Excel, Vlookup, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, Forecasting, Data Manipulation.
  • Excellent numeracy, analytical and communication skills.
  • High levels of accuracy.
  • A good understanding of the Automotive Aftermarket.
  • A good knowledge of vehicle components and repair.
  • A competent and professional presenter.
  • Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: German or Polish.

Key Account Manager

Key Account Manager

The main focus are the major accounts under your responsibility but also includes a need to assist in the management and development of minor accounts. These major accounts can vary from single branch factoring operations through to large Buying Groups and the First Line Ltd definition of managing such accounts is all-encompassing.

Responsibilities

  • Significant input into defining the Strategic development for the working relationship and growth between First Line Ltd and the Key Account
  • Product tenders and negotiations including presentations
  • Development of new members in collaboration with other KAM counterparts, Directors and Board Members
  • Maintaining and developing strategic business relationships with key contacts and managing opportunities
  • Fully prepared meeting agenda and the management of bespoke business plans (where necessary)
  • Undertaking sales analysis at product and part number level
  • Demonstrating performance and sales success across span of control
  • Move away from focus on transactional selling onto establishing and maintaining long term strategic partnerships
  • Demonstrating a sound understanding of business efficiency and building strategic targets
  • Helping to build Company strategy and brand profile for the UK market

Requirements

  • Have worked / are working in a Business 2 Business environment within the Automotive Aftermarket sector
  • Be professionally trained in the methods of modern sales techniques and have proven track record of generating new business and investigating / developing new opportunities
  • Proven ability to liaise with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product Management, Customer Services, Warranty Department, Warehouse)
  • Ability to open, negotiate and close a sale
  • Can manage fully the expectations of customers operating within the Automotive Aftermarket whilst adhering to company requirements and strategies
  • High level communication skills with the ability to adapt to different situations and clients
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Excellent time management skills which are self-managed
  • High level of PC literacy
  • Drive and determination to succeed

Qualifications
Preferred – A level educated or higher
Preferred – Business Studies qualification
Required – English and Maths qualifications
